Shipping

Flat-rate $14.99 anywhere in the USA and $21.99 to Canada (shipped from Colorado). Free standard shipping on USA orders over $99. Express delivery available at checkout for $19.99 USA. Every parcel ships in an unbranded mailer, billed discreetly as "Soame Mercantile."

Returns

All sales are final — for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order ships. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not as ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
