• USA Standard: $14.99 flat. Free on orders over $99.
• USA Express: $19.99 (selectable at checkout).
• Canada: $21.99 flat. No free threshold.

Speed. Dispatched within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). USA Standard 3–4 business days; USA Express 1–2 business days; Canada 4–9 business days.
