Returns & refunds
The Soame Co. catalog runs to nearly 18,000 entries; every one of them is an intimate object. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept an opened item back, and we will not pass an opened item along to the next customer.
Refused parcels
If a parcel comes back to our warehouse refused and unopened, we refund the original card on the day it arrives, less the cost of the outbound carrier.
Defective or wrong-item orders
We replace or refund without question. Email sales@nnlgroup.co with a photo and your order number. Return postage is on our account, not yours.
How long refunds take
Five to ten business days after the item is back on our warehouse dock. Return transit is handled by USPS; we cannot guarantee that timeline, only the post-arrival window.
