Terms of service

Preamble: The Soame Co. is a hand-vetted catalog of nearly 18,000 adult objects, mailed in plain kraft from a single Colorado warehouse. These terms are the legal floor that lets us do that.

1. Eligibility

Customers must be 18 or older. Placing an order is a confirmation that you meet that threshold.

2. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are listed in USD and exclude sales tax where it applies. We accept all major card networks plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Funds are captured at order. Inventory or pricing errors may be corrected before the order leaves the warehouse.

3. Shipping

USA and Canada — flat-rate by zone, calculated at checkout. See the Shipping policy for delivery windows.

4. Returns & refunds

Because the catalog is intimate, all sales are final by default. Refused-parcel and defective-item exceptions are described in the Refund policy.

5. Discretion

Every parcel is plain kraft from Colorado. Card statements read "Soame Mercantile." Nothing about the package suggests its contents.

6. Catalog accuracy

We index manufacturer specs to the best of our ability. Specs change; we update entries when notified.

7. Liability

The Soame Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use. Liability is capped at the order's purchase price.
